Thanks to its unique 2-in-1 design, this Harper PGDYK1635PKD Steel Tough hand truck / platform truck is a versatile solution for all of your object transportation needs! Haul large products or stacks of items quickly in its upright configuration, or convert it into a 4-wheeled platform truck when you need it! 10" x 3 1/2" pneumatic tires provide a smooth ride and add cushion for going over curbs, and 5" heavy duty swivel casters add mobility in the platform truck configuration.
This truck also boasts an innovative glass-filled nylon frame that offers the strength of industrial metals at a fraction of the weight, letting it handle up to 700 lb. in its platform configuration (600 lb. in upright configuration). The base plate and handles are made of steel. Additionally, built-in stair glides make it easy to navigate stairs and curbs. For added convenience, this truck is compact enough to fit in most car trunks. It ships knocked down; assembly is required.
