Nice looking coffee maker. Started off okay but started leaking after <1 year. We were only using it 1x/week.

Good product in the beginning. I purchased the 75-cup coffee urn in Nov 2024. Last week (Jan 3, 2025) the urn stopped percolating & the water was heating up intermittently at best. I got the info from Hamilton Beach to send the urn back to them, as the urn is currently under warranty. I shipped it out today, Jan 14 2025. I was told by Hamilton Beach that I would have to pay to ship it back to them. Imagine my surprise that it cost me $. This pot is used by our Senior Center (not personal use). Our nonprofit group purchased the urn; I will be having them reimburse me the shipping charge. Works great! We use it every day. The team is happy to have fresh coffee every morning!
Don't waste your money. The plastic handle broke in the first 3 months, so we had to pinch the valve to get anything out of it. Today it started leaking from the bottom and no longer holds liquid. Off to the dump it goes...
