We have this coffee maker since 2016 and has been a problem ever since. To begin with, one of the shuttles came damaged in shipping. From the beginning the system has had issues almost every other month. The customer service team at grind-master is very responsive, and that's the one star for. The issue is fixed, system runs fine for a few weeks and has issues again. Definitely would not recommend this product to anyone.
