Would be amazing if it worked. Have tried everything and cannot get it to connect to WIFI took it to my home just in case to see if it was something with my business WIFI still wont connect. Tried apple products tried samsung products with the app still no go. I've reached out to Mahlkonig got not reply. I reached out Webstaurant and they said tis under warranty and directed me to a site to return it. Which puts me on the hook for shipping. I would like to speak with a tech to before sending it back as I'm assuming its a software glitch of some sort.

DO NOT BUY FROM WEBSTAURANT! Grinder arrived defective and without the rubber gasket. Thermal switch was tripped and wouldn't reset. Now I am in Ready Kitchen Warranty hell because Webstaurant would not make it right.

Top-Tier Grinder — If You Know How to Use It This is my second E80 grinder, and it’s easily one of the best in the industry. It’s fast, consistent, and makes dialing in espresso throughout the day incredibly smooth. It’s perfect for serious coffee shops. I came across a one-star review from someone who was upset about the WiFi. Honestly, it sounds like user error. Mine connected just fine, I updated the firmware over WiFi, and it worked perfectly. Plus, WiFi isn’t even required to use the grinder. The software is simple, and Mahlkönig has great YouTube tutorials for setup and maintenance. Yes, it’s pricey, but it’s worth every dollar. Surprisingly, Webstaurant has one of the best deals I’ve found. I’m already planning to buy an EK43 next. Mahlkönig delivers every time.

I ordered this grinder and it was fantastic..... for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks of use it stopped grinding properly. I have been unable to fix it using the troubleshooting section of the manual. A lot of money to spend on a machine that only works for 6 weeks.
