This handheld immersion blender makes quick work of chopping, blending, and pureeing and features variable speeds to suit any application. Its powerful 1 hp motor performs at 8,000 to 20,000 RPMs to create silky smooth results in seconds! The 14" stainless steel shaft is long enough to keep your hands out of the way during use, and the shaft and blades are also easy to clean in the dishwasher to ensure proper sanitation. This blender requires no tools for operation, making it the user-friendly addition your kitchen needs to craft signature soups or create homemade aioli.
This immersion blender packs a variety of safety features including an interlocked power switch that protects the operator in the case of an electrical malfunction. Plus, to preserve the longevity of the blender, the motor is designed with overload protection to prevent damage and overheating during long usage periods. For added convenience, a 7 1/2' power cord allows you plenty of space to use the blender without worrying about the proximity of a power outlet. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
