Terrible product, I think they shipped me one someone already returned. We opened the box to find the slicer blade unsecured and uncovered sticking straight up. Had someone fallen on this box before it had been opened, they would have been seriously injured. Immediately after setting up we realized it doesn't have a slice deflector installed or even included and this is a essential security piece. I have ordered from Webrestaurantstore manytime in the past however now that I know they are sending out returned broken junk, I will be looking elsewhere. Buyer beware!
