Ghirardelli 3.12 lb. Classic White Frappe Mix

I dare not run out of this!!! This is the base for all our frappe drinks. Our frappe drinks (which we call our "frou-frou" coffee)...are a top seller and this is a perfect taste. Most add white chocolate, caramel, or chocolate....but there are a few other add-ins like chocolate chips, espresso, strawberry...and this works perfectly!

I have purchased Big Train in the past, and decided to give this brand a try. IT also comes in a 10b bag which I will be purchasing in the future. My customers enjoy it and it is a velvety smooth chocolate for Frapps.

We use this powder to thicken our frappes. It also adds some sweetness and creaminess to the beverage. Instead of scooping it out of the tin, we use a small squeeze bottle for convenience.

Great tasting frappe powder. Pairs perfectly with espresso, ice and caramel or chocolate. My customers love it. Will be repurchasing.

Perfect for blended drinks!

The best frappe powder ever! Makes the best blended lattes of all kinds in our coffee shop. The taste is neutral enough and its not too too sweet to where the coffee is lost in the drink.

We use this mix to make delicious blended frozen beverages. We add flavored syrups and even lemonade to create really unique flavors. Our favorite is the strawberry lemon cheesecake blend. So good.

We love the versatility of this product. We use if for frappes (caffeinated and caffeine free) as well as putting it in our smoothies to thicken them up and it adds the perfect sweetness to them.

We only use Ghirardelli mix for all frozen drinks. Our customer can definitely tell the difference and tells us so. I believe this is once of the best price, I just wish shipping isn't too much to the weight.

I didn't like it that much, its not a strong flavor..not for a white Chocolate..if you want something that is not that sweet this is the one, but if your looking for something else, keep looking.

I use this mix to make white mocha. It’s not too sweet and most aid all it tastes so good! One box can go a long way!

I use this for all the frappes I make. There is no good reason to have to buy the chocolate one if you are making a chocolate frappe. You can use this one because the taste doesn’t over power anything. Minus one star because it is very expensive!

The Ghirardelli 3.12 white chocolate frappe mix is decadent and rich. The mix is great to add to blended coffee mix for a great treat. Also great to add with raspberry sauce for a wonderful drink.

We use this in our coffee shop. It does the job but it’s expensive. There doesn’t seem to be a cheaper alternative. Just be aware that there is a ton of sugar in this frappe mix when serving customers that request sugar free flavors.

I like this product, but I don't love it. To me, it is too gummy. The price is right, though, so if I do order it, I mix it with the Ghirardelli (or Big Train) Vanilla Frapp mix, which isn't so thick.

This is a high quality product. It woks so well when making frappes. There is a measuring cup inside that comes in handy. The customers love this!

Finally! Is all that's needed to say. This product is a pain in the butt to find and when you do find it its either way over priced or sold in 10 lb bags which is hard for me store. Great price and great product

This is a very high quality product and we'll worth the money, it's great value for money in the 10lb box. This is the Ghirardelli white frappe base mix, not to be confused with the white chocolate base mix mixes very well with either milk or water and creates amazing frappes or milkshakes, you can add any flavor to it which is one of the benefits of it being a flat base and not a strong flavored base. I would highly recommend this to you, you get the best bang for your buck because it is so versatile

We only use have a scoop per our frappes, but the reviews have been great. The box is insanely heavy, so just be aware of that.
