I LOVE this frappe mix! It has super amazing flavor- a really great balance of coffee & chocolate. It's super rich, but not too much. We use half milk & half water, and that seems to be the best, and we top it with whipped cream & chocolate sprinkles & everyone LOVES it! We also don't use quite as much mix as what is directed. I will buy this again & again, & I totally recommend!!!

We use this for our frappes at our coffee shop. We like this a lot better than the white frappe base Ghirardelli has. It has a richer flavor and contains little vanilla bean flecks.

I dare not run out of this!!! This is the base for all our frappe drinks. Our frappe drinks (which we call our "frou-frou" coffee)...are a top seller and this is a perfect taste. Most add white chocolate, caramel, or chocolate....but there are a few other add-ins like chocolate chips, espresso, strawberry...and this works perfectly!

Would not buy again. This literally tastes like Swiss Miss blended. Not at all what we expected from Ghirardelli.

We use this powder to thicken our frappes. It also adds some sweetness and creaminess to the beverage. Instead of scooping it out of the tin, we use a small squeeze bottle for convenience.

A really good mix but I figured out I can use the Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa Powder in the same way and it is cheaper per drink. Which matters a lot when you make your living on drinks that you only can charge so much for!
