    I've used these plates for years. However, the last two orders I have purchased has been shipped with out any effort to keep down breakage. They are in a box with no padding and are unprotected. This last shipment sure enough I had a broker plate due to poor shipping procedures. The time before I had several plates broken due to the same. You would think the shipping department would care about the customer and make the changes needed. Product great shipping procedure horrible!
