Purchased from this store I am always about discussing problems professionally first and called twice to discuss. Unfortunately this company is the most unprofessional one I have dealt with. We purchased a Garland Stove for our restaurant and an entire burner column was not attached to the stove. Once turned on, flames would come out everywhere but out of the burners. We called Garland for Warranty repair and Whaley Food Service in Jacksonville, Florida is their contractor. Before they even started they wanted to obtain Credit Card information and I repeatedly said, this is a warranty repair. Long story short, they said the entire column detached from the stove due to improper cleaning techniques.
