This unit's ten powerful 33,000 BTU Starfire-Pro burners are set in split cast-iron ergonomic grates with 12" drip trays for optimal power, convenience, and durability. It also has (2) 32,000 BTU cast-iron "H" style oven burners and a powerful 1/3 hp convection fan.

Innovative Design

With its 27" deep cooking area and 5" deep front ledge, this range also has the largest usable cooking surface in the industry! Both convection oven bases are designed for even baking and high performance and boast three adjustable oven racks per side.

Durable Construction

This durable unit features a stainless steel front, sides, and backguard with a removable shelf for added convenience. It also boasts a 5" wide front rail. It's snap-action modulating oven thermostat adjusts from low to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

    This unit is definitely not worth the price. Have had consistent problems with the unit's thermostats and pilot lights. Less then 2 years old and have spent over $1000 in repairs. I would most likely never buy Garland again. Very little support from the manufacturer.

    This is probably the worst piece of equipment I have ever had to deal with in a restaurant. Constantly down, knobs sticking, ovens not holding temp, convection fans having to be replaced. Absolutely awful. We spent more in repairs in two years then this thing cost. At less than two years old we had to replace the unit as it was just too costly. Less than two years!!!

    Not worth it at all. I bought a new one 4.5 years ago from Webstaurant and got the 3 year warranty. Many things went wrong including the thermocoupler 5 times! The process to get someone out or to get reimbursed is not that easy and talking to our repairman he stated the thermocouplers (keeps the pilot lit) always go bad on these. And of course about 2 weeks after the warranty ran out both door springs broke and a few more issues (oven would never hold proper temp and 2 years in they realized one of the ovens convection fan/cooling fan had been wired backwards...which explained why we had issues with one of the convection ovens). So after less than 4,5 years I just had to purchase a new Wolf oven after putting additional dollars in this appliance. We are not even a high volume restaurant....

    Doesn’t deserve a star. Biggest waste of money EVER. In first 18 months we spent so much on parts and repairs. The more money over next 12 months and about to order more parts to fix AGAIN. PILOTS are a joke. Won’t stay lit, then burn too hot and are destroyed. Can’t keep oven temps. Knobs are junk. I could go on and on.
