Garland / US Range CG-72F LP Details
The Garland CG-72F 72" Master series production griddle boasts six powerful 30,000 BTU U-shaped burners across its 72" width, each with precise thermostatic controls. It is the griddle of choice for high volume chain restaurants, busy drive-thrus, and other applications that require rapid heat-up, recovery, even heating, and durability.
Its 1" thick griddle plate ensures even heating and heat retention, and each thermostatic control has its own on/off switch to help you conserve energy during off-peak times. Thermostatic controls offer more precise temperature settings for consistency and easy use.
The included sidesplashes, 7 5/8" backsplash, and front full-width grease trough are made of stainless steel. This model also has stainless steel front grease chute extensions that make it easy to transfer grease into another container for disposal, making cleanup simple when you are finished cooking for the day. Four 6" adjustable legs facilitate easy under-griddle access for cleaning. This model requires a 120V electrical connection and a liquid propane connection for operation.
