Very poor quality for the price. Had to have the block that smashes the onion through the blade replaced 2 months after the purchase which was promptly sent to me by customer service. Then one of the blades fell off 3 months later which the warranty does not cover. Was told I can purchase a new cutting blade for more money. This is all after 3 months of usage. Very poorly made. Will never buy this product again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

So, the product itself is great quality! Very sturdy - hand wash only. The only problem (but maybe because I've never owned a dicer) is that the pieces that are going to be diced need to be cut into smaller pieces. Example - I want to dice roma tomatoes. So i cut the tomatoes in half and then use the dicer, but they aren't prefectly cut - some bits are longer than other. I learned that we have to cut it again/certain way to make sure you get that 'diced' shape you're looking for. The quality is great though - if you cut your produce correctly. Washing it can take some time. I run a knife or toothpick through the plastic head to get tomato and onion that are stuck in there.

It's a great dicer and it fits perfectly inside of 1/2 size steam pan. It did leave some black plastic bits in the food when it was used, but after a few slams it seems to "shave" the excess plastic off of the pusher block and it's no longer an issue. It's annoying to clean, but I just take a wooden stirrer stick and just run it through all of the "valleys" in the pusher block until everything is out and then throw the stick away. This is the Grade Dicer. it is an exact copy of the Easy Chop 2 dicer. It is almost ad good but the handle on the Grade Dicer can come lose easier and it doesn't slide quite as smooth as the easy chop dicer as well. But overall it does the job at half the cost. The little rubber feet on this copper are the first thing that falls off but you can use it just fine without the rubber foot covers.
