Adjustable Seal Time

The adjustable seal and vacuum times offer precise options for a greater variety of foods, including liquid, dry, and wet products like soup and coffee. Manually adjust the vacuum time from 0-80 seconds and the seal time from 0-6 seconds for ultimate precision and monitor the vacuum process at a quick glance through the translucent acrylic lid. The seal time can be set in increments of .5 seconds and the custom vacuum time range can be set in increments of 1 second.

The easy-to-read digital display allows you to quickly use the intuitive control panel to adjust the machine's pressure levels.

9 Marination Cycles

Food is easily prepared for sous vide cooking with a marinate mode that includes 9 minute marination cycles to save time and marinate fast.

Smart Vac Function

This machine has a Smart Vac Function where the packing machine automatically chooses the best vacuum time based on the size of the bag. The bag-clamp device inside the vacuum chamber lets a user easily place and secure the bag in one place, minimizing messes and spills.

Durable Construction

This unit's durable, stainless steel construction will withstand the rigors of commercial kitchen environments while remaining easy to clean. Instead of having to regularly perform maintenance checks and oil changes, the dry pump eliminates the need for oil and is set to deliver long-lasting results.     This unit was purchased in April of 2022 and worked great for about 6 months, just to the point of warranty. Then it began to fail, slowly losing it's vacuum capabilities, and now not sealing in any way. Would not recommend this product or company for purcahses.

    It's portable and handy. We use it for commercial purposes about 2 years and it still works good. For keeping this machine life longer, only we concern is finding easily the accessories and parts like seal heating bar, rubber packing sealer, etc. We wish there is a list of parts that makes us easy to order.

    Terribly disappointed in this Vacuum sealer!! Strongly suggest you save up for a better quality as this one lacks the ability to form a strong seal on anything you use it on. I really wanted to like the machine and give it a fair chance, so I used it 4 to 5 times vacuum sealing an assortment of proteins all to get the same outcome, A terrible seal and wasted product. As for now it just sits in my pantry, unused, and collecting dust. I beg you do not waste your heart on money on the sealer!!
