Buyer Beware. I would have given this a 5 star review if not for HatCo customer service. I've purchase (3) of these for our restaurants in the last 4 years. They work as they are intended, until they don't. Our first one burnt through the heating element in under 30 days. When we called HatCo for the warranty it was one of the worst experiences I've had. They pretty much think their product is infallible. They sent us to a second party repair service, General Parts. They do this for plausible deniability purposes, or the lost in translation denial claim. The technician determined in under 5 minutes that the element burnt out and it was in no way a fault of our own, it was a manufacturing defect.
