With a 45-50 lb. capacity, twin fryer baskets with plastic-coated handles, and a 14" x 14" fry pot, you can fry large quantities of food quickly and efficiently. Whether you're frying chicken, french fries, or sweet treats, this fryer will deliver consistent and delicious results every time. It can be used with both a 1/2" NPT and a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection. The 1/2" NPT is accessible through removal of the 3/4" NPT connection.

    I purchased two of this fryer from webstaurant because I needed it quick and the shipping time was less than ordering it from a local distributor. After over a month, I still have not been able to resolve a thermocouple issue. One of the fryers has never worked and I have been back and forth with webstaurant only to get dumped off on a warranty department Which I have had no luck working with yet. Both frier's were also missing bolts when they came in and were assembled poorly, we had to tighten all of the screws. Not sure if that's on wolf or the Webstaurant warehouse. Either way it has been a major pain and I have lost sales due to the issues.
