Franmara 1094 Stainless Steel Serrated Cheese Knife

Price is nice, I like to keep a little serrated cheese knife to keep my nicer steel off the board when possible. In fact I bought this one to replace an almost identical one I lost that had a wood handle instead. Sadly it seems that the steel on here is highly susceptible to rust. We washed and air dried it and found some minor spots so we will be taking extra care.

This is a very unique knife that can never be mistaken for any other knife other than a cheese knife. It is well made and can withstand a lot of use. I would recommend it.

This cheese knife didn't work well on a small brick of semi soft cheese. It was plenty sharp but the cheese stuck to the knife. I think it would have worked perfectly on a hard cheese though.

I absolutely love the look of this knife. The word cheese is cut out inside the blade portion of the knife making it both a conversation piece as well as a usefull tool!

I use this Franmara Stainless Steel Serrated Cheese Knife for several cheeses we incorporate in our cheese plates. The knife makes clean cuts and does not crumble the cheese. Very impressed with how easy it is to clean as well. Solid construction, not too heavy and easy to order.

Overall, I think that it looks pretty good and works well on both soft and semi hard cheeses, and it is fairly inexpensive for the function. My one issue is that it is difficult to hand clean, but is also not dishwasher safe. If you don't mind either the lowered lifespan from using a dishwasher anyhow (and the price makes that a reasonable choice, in my opinion), or the tricky design to hand wash, it is a nice knife for the money.

It feels a little cheap in the hand but looks very impressive on a cheese board. So far it has held up well. This works well for semi hard cheeses.

This is a stylish cheese knife. Everyone that sees its comments on how cool it is. The fork on the front makes picking up cheese a breeze as well. Very cool

This knife is adorable. It is the perfect gift. I pared the knife with an olive board and local made cheese for the perfect Christmas gift. My cheese loving friends loved it.

This is a fun knife, I own the full Franmara cheese knife set. This one is great since it says cheese in the blade and has a nice fork on the end for serving the pieces it cuts. Guests love it.

Why would you not want a knife that tells you whats it for? The moment I saw it I knew I had to have it in my kitchen. The handle also has a very nice finish,

I got this not just for show because it looks really cool and it's got the word cheese and better than engraved into it it looks really really nice and it works well I didn't expect it to work so well

This is a cool nice I got this one as a gift for my girlfriend she's a big fan of tease and I thought this would be a cool gift I like the serrated edge and the added fork on the end to serve the cheese

This is a great cheese knife for the money. Great quality, I've had it for about a year now and it has held up well. It's an easy way to impress your guests. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

The cutting action is very good. Much better than in semi-hard cheese knife. I think serrations is what really helps for that. Nice looking and easy to clean.

Overall, everyone seems to like this knife. The blade is solid, the prongs are fine. The weight is appropriate for the size. That being said, the handle is a bit large compared to many models. Oh, and the stenciled "cheese" letters don't seem to make anyone groan... People think it's cute.

The only other cheese knife we use is one from cutco. Considering the price of this one it is ok. (About 1/4 of the price of the other one). It worked fine with harder cheese but not so good with our softer cheeses.
