Easily produce up to 425 lb. of flake ice with this Follett Maestro Plus 414 series air-cooled undercounter ice machine. Due to its shape and size, flake ice easily conforms to the shape of any container, helping to surround the food you're keeping cold. It also chills more quickly than other ice forms, making it great for displaying seafood and meat in salad bars and cold food tables. This self-contained ice machine uses eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant and 40% less water and 25% less energy than comparable cube machines. Its compact, undercounter design fits under standard counters, making it perfect for facilities with limited space.

To keep your unit running at peak performance, it features a semi-automatic cleaning cycle, helping to reduce maintenance costs. Regular flushing is recommended to remove any impurities that might otherwise taint the water quality or safety. The 75 lb. storage bin and shroud can be removed for easy service and maintenance. Plus, no rear clearance is required to connect this unit to plumbing or electrical thanks to the rear utility access. This front-ventilated unit also eliminates the need for a side clearance.
