This is a perfectly fine product. It is more economical than other mixes where the water is added by the manufacturer. The one problem is that after being reconstituted by adding water, it will "un-reconstitute" while sitting in a large container and the concentrate will resettle to the bottom. This product needs to be stirred often!

it is very convenient and cheap . it saves a lot of time to prepare margarita mix and make it easy to serves in big parties and events .overall i had say that it is definitely a great purchase for restaurants.

Solid margarita mix, we mixed it slightly more diluted than it suggested and it was fine. I would recommend adding some lime juice with it as well since even though it has some citrus, it could do with some more.

You can easily prepare a big amount and leave for people to serve themselves. It is not the exact same thing as a real margarita but not using limes makes it last longer without that bad taste from the oxidation of lime juice.
