With its sleek looks and smart design features, this Federal CGR5948DZ 59" x 48" curved glass dual zone bakery case is the perfect way to display both refrigerated and non-refrigerated goods, letting you show off everything from cakes to bagels in a single unit! The left side of this unit (from customer's perspective) is refrigerated, and the right side is not refrigerated. Three white wire shelf tiers on each side and a white display deck provide the perfect stage to show off your foods, and the shelves can also be moved up and down or tilted to change up your presentation or adapt to changing menu needs. The base is made from durable steel and it comes with several color options. As an added convenience, the sliding rear doors are removable for easy cleaning.
This case is designed for optimal performance and usability too - its oversized coil and low-velocity fan maintains the high humidity needed to keep baked goods fresh and appetizing. The self-contained refrigeration system is 1/3 hp, uses R-513A refrigerant, and can be accessed from the rear so that routine maintenance and service won't disrupt the flow of your business. This model is designed for continuous case lineups, and it requires a 120V electrical connection. It must be hard-wired, a cord and plug are not included. This case is designed to operate in a maximum environment of 75 degrees ambient and 55% relative humidity.
