I purchased this freezer to replace my Nelson B2. I was going to buy another for much more when I came across this item. I compared specs to specs and each was comparable to the other. When we received it and started using it, the freezer didn't appear to be running right. Contacted the Webstaurant store and the manufacturer contacted me asap and sent a repair guy out within 24 hours. Turned out there was tape on the fan blade for shipping that we didn't remove. LOL. This freezer has run like a champ ever since and I will be purchasing a second one shortly. Great service, prompt delivery, competent staff.

Three years running, still doing great. The casters recommended for this will need to have holes drilled to install as an fyi. The lid isn't great quality like our Master Built, but keeps it cold.

Works well! Be careful with moving this unit around. The condenser coils are not protected well. Be careful or you could damage them. But, once it is in place, no issues.
