Each board is made from a durable, non-porous richlite wood fiber material that ensures longevity in a commercial setting. Richlite is a resin-infused, paper that was originally developed for industrial tooling and pattern making. This material layup is made from paper derived from sustainable managed forests which gives it an environmentally friendly appeal. Since it's sealed in with resin, it won't harbor bacteria growth either. Additionally, it can withstand up to 350 degree Fahrenheit temps, knife scores, and, unlike wood boards, it can even handle being washed in the dishwasher. Best of all, this durable material won't dull your knives or other kitchen tools.
This Epicurean 10" pizza board features a handle for better control over the board and a cutout hole for easy organization and storage. I l=like this Pizza Board, I use it to take the pizza to the table and use it as a cutting board and serving board. I found it was easy to clean by just wiping it off with a damp cloth. It is lightweight but very sturdy. I needed this size to serve and cut large pizzas.
They look awesome, present well, and look very durable. We used them to serve pizza for one service and all our pizzas had a burnt rubber/soap taste that won't get out of your mouth. I feel pretty stupid for not fully testing servingware before implementing it, but this is just an unacceptable side effect from something marketed to restaurants.

Absolute life saver, so easy to use.
Nice presentation, and it is easy to clean. I wash it just like a regular cutting bored and let it air dry. It dried fast.
We have dozens and dozens of epicurean peels for our business, different sizes and shapes, this particular format is used for serving and cutting as the round shape looks nice with a pizza and isn't suitable for placing uncooked pizza in the oven like a large gentle curve that is more common. Also note the short handle, perfect forj just holding and moving, not long enough to place pizzas in a hot oven. These peels, are thin, smooth, strong, durable and heavy.
Great size and shape for personal sized pan pizzas. Easy to hold handle allows quick access in and out of the oven. Durable enough to slice pizza on the board before service.
