This model doesn't limit your patties to a specific size - if you want to create patties with a greater pre-cooked weight, just weigh out portions of meat to the size you desire up to 1 lb. and then use this press to form them into the perfect patty shape. Since this model has a 7" diameter forming cylinder, you can make larger patties and create signature burgers as a part of your restaurant's brand! The 4.5" and 5" diameter attachments (sold separately) allow for a variety in standard burger sizing options. Or use the mini burger slider attachment (sold separately) to easily prepare delicious 2 oz. slider patties.
Easy to Clean
