This pusher is a direct replacement for the one that came with your ETL-140 Laser tomato slicer. When paired with the 1/4" blade assembly (sold separately), you can also cut 1/4" slices on the ETL-316 and ETL-380 models. It is only for old style units and will not fit newer versions of compatible products.
