Continue slicing tomatoes for your most popular dishes with the Edlund AS017 replacement 1/4" blade assembly! This unit quickly swaps out with the assembly that came with your ETL-140 tomato slicer, and you can easily install it without the use of tools. When used with the 1/4" pusher assembly (sold separately) on the ETL-316 and ETL-380, you can cut 1/4" slicers on those models too!
