The Edlund A553 3/16" blade assembly quickly swaps out with the dulled one on your Edlund 356 slicer to minimize downtime and get you back to slicing in no time! When used with the 3/16" pusher assembly (sold separately), you can also convert your compatible 354 or 358 models of slicer to cut 3/16" slices for increased versatility! The included wash guard locks over the assembly to enable safe cleaning in a commercial dish machine.
