I use a lot of these. We batch out various different sides in these cups, sometimes storing them for hours, and the cups stand up well to moisture. If Webstaurant carried the matching, compostable lids, that would be ideal. You can find them on other websites.

These are nice portion cups. At 2 ounces you can't go wrong. They are sturdy and hold up well. My only hope is that they will one day come with a lid.

Great size for samples. I'll be using to give samples of hot tea. Tested them out with liquid overnight and didn't have leaks. Also tested with hot liquid and didn't have any issues.

I had an issue with these cups as they didn't want to pull apart and we ended up damaging more than half of them trying to pull each cup apart. They're a great size but I wouldn't order again due to the loss that we had with the sticking issue.

These fit perfectly in your hand and hold 1 scoop of ice cream easily. Great for kids portions and holds up well to the cold and melted ice cream.

These little cups are great. They are an excellent alternative to plastic, styrofoam or aluminum. We use them for catering with the little wooden tasing forks (sporks) I previously reviewed. Please note they are very small the 4 oz version is much more versatile. Do not store any food in these cups because they leak after a couple of hours. I will continue to buy this product.

These look like nice, sturdy compostable portion cups. However, we didn't notice that there are no lids that fit and as we use them for "to-go" salsas at our food truck, they will not be of much use. And we ordered 1000. We're not at all happy to find out that after all the money we've spent at Webstaurant over the years, there's a restocking fee plus a shipping charge to return the unopened item, leaving us less return $! Obviously not worth it. :(

Depending on what you are using these for it's either a 2 star or a 5 star product... if you're using it for thick sauces (in our case, sweet thai chili sauce) then it's great. It doesn't soak through for literal days (I filled them with chili sauce, stored them in the fridge and served them 48 hours later, they were fine), holds its shape fairly well, etc... if you're using it for something very watery like our soy/vinegar sauce then you need to find something else. Literally within 30 mins the container is losing its shape and within a couple hours the thing is basically disintegrating. So, be aware of what you're going to use it for before buying.

These little disposable cups are great for sampling. I use them to sample my Chai . They work great and customers love that they are compostable.

Good quality, durable and attractive. We put a hot tomato salsa into these and they hold up really well and are compostable. A great choice!

These are great paper like portion cups. We use them in our wine bar to hold to go condiments and dressings. So far they. seem to hold liquid well without leaking.

I love how I can help to care for the environment with these. I use them as tea samplers but they can also be used as seed starters for your garden! So versatile and inexpensive!

These are the perfect size for side dips or dressings. I love that they are strong and thick but also compostable. Really happy with the quality.

I ordered these cups to use as eco-friendly shot glasses. Unfortunately, they leaked the liquor after about 15 minutes. I still think these are a fantastic eco-friendly portion cup- but they will not work as shot glasses.

Eco friendly option for salsas, dips, etc. They stack perfectly and aren't an eyesore. Durable yet compostable. We bought extra because we know they will get used.

These are the perfect size for my guacamole and queso. I love that they are biodegradable and compostable, which is part of my business to have less impact on the environment!

We love these. We are trying to get away from using plastic as much as possible in our business. These are sturdy and useful for sauces, yogurt parfait bar, small serving of coleslaw and great for sampling drinks.

Fantastic cups at an unbeatable price. They hold hot foods without giving way and it's great that they are compostable. Can be a little tricky to pull apart, but they come in convenient 100 cup sleeves.

I have experimented with every cup possible to serve hot food. This one cost much more and may be pushing the price limit but the quality is exceptional. I also have been experimenting with a potential new product that is quite hot; pushing 225 degrees. This is the only one that is holding up. Once again pushing the price limit but very positive test results. If your company image is quality; this is the perfect choice. Webstaurant has a good price and their service is great.

While these are 3 times the cost of the previous cup we were using for in-store samplings, they hold up to liquid and hot food! Our previous cups were leaking if customers did not eat the sample immediately. Our workers have given us a lot of positive feedback since we switched to the eco sugarcane cups.
