Use this EcoBurner small round lid with attached handle for EcoServe Round small dishes by Eastern Tabletop to keep your buffet line safe and sanitary. It is designed to fit perfectly with both the EcoBurner Round small aluminum and porcelain dishes by Eastern Tabletop (sold separately). It helps to retain heat inside your serving dishes and it will maintain a desirable temperature so your food will stay warm and fresh. Spills and messes are common with self-service and buffet style dining, but this lid will prevent cross contamination from nearby food displays and serving utensils. This lid is crystal clear and it will show off food displays beautifully, allowing patrons to easily view the contents of each display dish. It is made from elegant glass and it features a round handle for safe and easy lid removal. Pair this with the compatible dish (sold separately), for a complete chafer presentation!
