Convert your traditional chafers into eco-friendly waterless chafers with this EcoBurner EcoPan for GN Chafing Dishes by Eastern Tabletop! This food pan allows you to use the EcoBurner with Eastern Tabletop GN1 food pans that are up to 2 1/2" deep. Made from 304 grade stainless steel and anodized aircraft grade aluminum, it will withstand frequent usage in commercial grade kitchens. Cutting down on fuel usage and eliminating the need for constant water refills for your chafer will save you time and money. With a quicker setup and breakdown time and less maintenance necessary to keep your chafers working properly, your staff will be able to spend their valuable time elsewhere. It will also prevent workplace injuries related to transporting hot water, toxic chemicals, and lighting finicky wick-based heat sources.
Your food quality will improve and last longer in the chafer through elimination of steam and sogginess. To use the EcoPan, simply swap it out with your traditional water pan underneath your food pan. This waterless pan is only meant for use with the EcoBurner (sold separately) as its heat source and should not ever be used with gel or wick products.
