Adjustable High-Medium-Low gas valves give you complete control over holding temperatures. 1" of fiberglass insulation on all sides helps maintain the dual well steam table's internal temperatures, to prevent cold spots and provide consistent, even warming.
An 8" wide full length polyethylene cutting board provides ample space for plating, preparing garnishes, or chopping vegetables. The Eagle Group HT2 dual open well hot food table features 1 5/8" diameter galvanized legs, and a galvanized undershelf for added stability.

We installed this in our food trailer to lower our electric demands on our generator. Runs great on medium and high. Flame becomes pretty yellow on low with some soot residue. Heats in about 45 minutes with cold water. Once at temp, holds great on medium.

Very sturdy and durable. The knobs are easy to turn and read, Love the addition of the bottom shelf. Great for additional storage. Wonderful product for price.
Substandard Manufacturing and Poor Quality Control. I wouldn't buy Eagle Group products again. Packaging was very good and there is no way steam table was damaged in shipping. When it arrived a gas tube was bent causing the valve to be misaligned. One of the legs does not properly attach. The threaded hole for the set screw has threads that are damaged. It is oversized due to the incorrect tapping and the set screw will not grab the threads. The attachment of the cutting board to the shelf is very poorly designed. The holes in the cutting board are so large compared to the nut that as it is used the cutting board slides around. All of these defects are indicative to poor quality manufacturing and lack of adequate quality control.

A very nice unit for the money. Easy to light pilot and the control knobs are very easy to turn and read. The shelf on the bottom is a nice feature for extra storage.
