Perfect for hotel restaurants, buffets, and banquet halls, it allows you to safely serve your guests hot appetizers, sides, and entrees. An updated design enhances well temperature consistency while reducing countertop surface temperatures surrounding the wells.

Powerful and Efficient
This electric heated drop in food well can hold four full size 12" x 20" food pans up to 6" deep at food-safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time. Each well has a 1000W, bottom-mounted heating element that is adjusted with infinite controls located on a remote panel. Thanks to the 4' of wiring, it's easy to keep the control panel out of sight to ensure your employees can adjust the temperature as needed.
Durable and Convenient
At the end of service, a 1/2" NPT drain in the right rear corner of the well allows the user to drain out any condensation or extra water after use for easy cleanup. This stainless steel drop in hot food well is fully insulated for excellent performance, and an included fitted flange gasket allows you to snugly install this food well into your countertop. It requires a 208-230V electrical connection for operation.
