I was purchasing these cheesecakes for months , looked exactly like the picture just perfect . Now they changed the quality , the boxes are greasy, they are smaller in size even though it says bigger, and customer service says they’re keeping them like this . Horrible .They need to update this photo as that will not be what you receive.

So here’s the deal: these are delivered via FedEx so keep that in mind before ordering. I made the mistake of ordering during Xmas chaos and this box got separated from the rest of my order. It arrived a few days later and was frozen with the ice packs but I could tell it had probably thawed at some point because the cakes looked horribly messy and smashed even though the packaging was in good shape. I had to throw them out but Webstaurant refunded the cost and provided excellent customer service service. I have ordered them before from another company and they are delicious. I add a couple fresh raspberries to the top because the decoration is sparse.

I ordered 300 of these and cute them in half to give my 600 person catering some variety for an assortment of desserts. The flavor and quality were wonderful when I purchased them last year. They weren't high maintenance in their frozen state and when defrosted they didn't taste like the fridge. They were soft and well made. Each cake was individually wrapped in bakery plastic so be sure to unwrap them before serving and if you need to cut them do it while they are frozen!

Arrived completely defrosted and had to be thrown away. I don't know that I would try this again.
