Your cabinet will stay secure with a safety-conscious anti-microbial latch that protects against spreading germs. It's magnetic, making it easy to open, and it has a twist-lock catch to secure the door during transport. The latch and hinges are both mounted inboard.
Large Capacity
This holding cabinet features wire style pan slides that can hold up to 8 full-size sheet pans or full-size food pans with 2 3/4" of clearance. Interior pan stops, located on the door and back, encourage proper air flow.
Mobile Casters
Heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two with brakes, provide excellent mobility even when the holding cabinet is fully loaded. Use them to move the cabinet around the kitchen or even go from one venue to another.
