With its AquaTemp temperature / humidity monitoring system, this Cres Cor H-137-WSUA-12D insulated holding cabinet ensures all of your foods will taste their best! This unique system monitors temperature and humidity levels inside the cabinet, automatically adjusting to keep your foods at just the right texture and temperature. A powerful yet efficient heating system holds foods at up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit until they're ready to serve at your busy restaurant, banquet facility, or bakery. Field reversible solid Dutch doors prevent temperature loss by allowing you to open one section at a time.
