Cres Cor H137SUA12D Details
Thanks to its powerful, yet efficient 1500 watt heating system, this Cres Cor H-137-SUA-12D insulated holding cabinet holds foods at up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit until they're ready for service at your busy restaurant, banquet facility, or bakery. A convenient humidity pan helps maintain moisture levels, while self closing solid dutch doors prevent temperature loss by allowing you to open one section at a time. It is made of durable stainless steel for years of dependable service.
The Cres Cor H-137-SUA-12D insulated holding cabinet features 12 sets of universal style pan slides that can hold a variety of pan sizes with 1 1/2" of clearance. Its top mounted control system is completely self contained, which allows you to hose-out the interior of the cabinet for quicker, easier cleaning. Heavy duty 5" swivel casters, 2 with brakes, provide excellent mobility even when the Cres Cor H-137-SUA-12D holding cabinet is fully loaded. It requires a 120V electrical connection.
