Great sturdy little plates. We layered white plates with these at a recent employee banquet to match company colors. We used them at 3 chef stations: one served roast beef, one served pasta and one served quesadillas. The pasta was very hot as each plate was made individually, so stacking 2 plates was needed there, but otherwise, they worked well. They offer a much better presentation than paper or Styrofoam.
