The Cooking Performance Group S-36-SB-N 34" salamander broiler features a sleek stainless steel front and sides, making it both durable and easy to clean! A full width, large capacity broiler pan can also be removed for convenient cleaning.
For easy setup, it can be placed on an equipment stand or wall-mounted with the compatible mounting kit (sold separately).
This model's stainless steel crumb tray easily slides out of the unit to remove dropped food and for routine cleaning.
A model of versatility, the Cooking Performance Group S-36-SB-N salamander broiler has a spring-balanced, adjustable tension assembly that raises and lowers with positive multi-position locking, and also rolls out for easy loading, unloading, and cleaning. A natural gas connection is required for operation.

Great product. A great fit for high volume restaurants. Easy to clean. Easy to maintain. Definitely a well built product and a huge space saver.

Terrible product. Sliding shelf has to be in just the right position to slide easily in or out. Left side of shelf will sink down if you put anything the least bit heavy. Ceramic tiles in burner already cracked and dropping pieces in the first week of use.

I bought with stand for 36” 6x burner oven It was easy install however salamander is too heavy for stand seems second bracket to wall will be meed for more secure installation
We opted to purchase this Cooking Performance Group S-36-SB-N 36" Natural Gas Infrared Salamander Broiler with Wall Mounting Bracket because we cannot find a infrared salamander that would go hand in hand with our stoves. This will mount on the wall, above our stove. This item will be used to brown and finish some of our items.
