This Cleveland tilt skillet features heating elements that are integrally cast into 1 1/4" thick aluminum blocks secured to the underside of the cooking surface, ensuring even heat distribution and rapid heat-up and recovery times. For added convenience, it comes with a product probe to monitor your food's internal temperature while cooking. A 208V, 1 phase electrical connection is required for operation.

Simple Operation
This tilt skillet is easy to operate with a splashproof 7" easyTouch control located in a drip-proof, IPX6-rated side console. This touchscreen allows you to adjust temperature up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and offers multi-step cooking modes, including sous vide and product temperature modes. It also allows for press & go recipes with cookbook storage, and it has self diagnostics and maintenance with error and event logs.

This Cleveland tilt skillet has a working capacity of up to 10 gallons, and it is great for grilling, braising, steaming vegetables, simmering soups and sauces, or even frying chicken.
Durable Construction
It's made of heavy-duty stainless steel with a #4 finish. It has a bead-blasted, structurally braced stainless steel cooking surface to prevent warping and keep food from sticking.
Convenient Design
This unit offers sanitary base mounting for tabletop or stand-mounted applications. Its spring-assist cover makes the lid easy to lift and lower and prevents it from slamming shut, while the soft-drop pan release provides optimal control when pouring.
