These tomato corers are great for most varieties of tomato but are a little small for heirlooms. We still use them for heirlooms but they are better suited for the average size varieties. We notice them getting dull after 100-200 lbs so be sure to have a few on hand in larger kitchens.

I can't recommend this product. It does do the job but it is too light weight. They bend right in your hand as you core the tomato. Also would be better if it had a hole on the handle for hanging.

Not sure why these come in a two-pack, but they're cheap enough, so whatever. Lightweight, easy to clean, and do the job well. I don't need to spend for money on something "fancier". Highly recommended product.
These are an absolute necessity if you are doing a lot of tomato processing. They are affordable and help decrease waste by removing only what is necessary. We use them for a variety of produce prep.
