meh... as noted in some other reviews they do tear the napkins. the fill level does not seem to have much much impact on the tearing. being an ice cream shop we have lots of folks try to dispense with one hand as the other is holding a cone or a kid, These are not super friendly for that one handed dispensing. price is super great...but we will be replacing them with something else
