To make uramaki, Cover sushi mat in plastic wrap, then place full size piece of seaweed paper on mat. Mold rice to fit seaweed paper. Sprinkle seeds on top. Flip seaweed paper over and place desired ingredients on the back of the seaweed paper. Roll once, smooth edges, and roll again. Cut and serve. For temaki, tear seaweed paper in half. Lay rice and other desired ingredients on one side. Roll into a cone and serve.
