This is not a product for commercial restaurant. We bought two of these for my sandwich restaurant. We hardily get 3 to 5 kids meal a day. Blades started coming off within 2 weeks. It is not safe at all to use for the kids meal

Honestly, for the price this apple corer is the most solid one I have found. We make fresh-pressed juice and these are the perfect size for fitting into the juicer chute. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because our first one broke after about a month of using it. The 2nd one, however, has held up to our abuse.

Disappointed. Had another brand for years. This one is un necesarily heavy, bulky, and yet small. Might work to mass process small apples. But a moderately large .. not huge, just nice sized apple...is too big and gets jammed.
