Attention CA Residents:Got these for the convenience of their price, but wasn't worth it because they are so slick that our baked goods slide right out. We will go with something that has ridges or rubber to provide a better grip in the future.

If I could rate these a 10/5, I would! Quality exceeds expectations by a long shot. These have a beautiful polished mirror finish on the 18 gauge stainless steel body. They are easy to use and I appreciate the larger angled grasping edge that allows you to grab pastries that have some height to them. There's enough resistance that you likely won't crush any pastries in the process of plating them. Fine addition to my kitchen!
