I have NO PROBLEM with this item itself. The only thing is that I ordered 20 of these pitchers for an event on May 18th. I received only 16 not 20 before the event. I received four pitchers AFTER the event. I had to scramble to try and find 4 more to no avail. I would definitely recommend purchasing but I just didn’t have what I needed when I needed it. I was so so disappointed.

They look nice and work OK, but the problem is they are not fool-proof. If you pour them to fast, they will leak out of the sides of the spout, so you have to pour reasonably slowly or its a mess. I just purchased these and used them for three services and my FOH staff complained about them every day and it slowed them down on something simple like pouring water for our customers. Unfortunatly, you dont take returns so I guess they are going into the storage closet after just one weekend and I gotta order a different brand. Its a bummer and a waste of cash

Standard plastic beverage pitcher. Quality is so-so. Put it in the dishwasher, and the surface already looked "scuffed".
