The bags will probably serve their purpose but this company ships them without a bag or some kind of plastic shrink wrap on it and you will receive a disgusting dirty box, which is going in a kitchen. Mine was left where it got wet but even if it hadn't I would not want that nasty box in my kitchen dispensing bags for food.
