Two Burners for a Streamlined Operation
A powerful 2-burner butane countertop range is the main component. It is designed with brass burners for quality cooking and ease of use. It nestles into the 16 gauge 304 type stainless steel base to help build a durable and professional cooking station that makes it feel as if you're cooking in your own kitchen!
Everything You Need To Get Cooking
A number of supplies are featured in the kit with the purpose of cold food storage, perfect for peppers, onions, deli ham, cheese, and a number of other common omelet and pasta ingredients. Whatever types of omelets you make, this deluxe kit is sure to provide you with everything you could possibly need to streamline your operation - except for the food!
Steam Table Pans
This kit includes (1) 1/3 size and (6) 1/6 size, 6" deep stainless steel steam table pans for keeping ingredients on hand. Plus, (36) 15 oz. foam freeze packs are included to set beneath each food pan. The pans settle into the base, supported by its enclosed design.
Spoons for Dispensing
A set of 6 black spoons make dishing ingredients out of your pans and right into your foods easy. And so you can easily serve liquid eggs into the pan, a one-piece stainless steel ladle is provided.
Fry Pans and Utensils
Accompanying the range are (2) 8" non-stick aluminum fry pans as well as a black 12" nylon turner for flipping and forming the omelets. 2 silicone pan grips are included too, protecting the operator's hands from the high heat while maneuvering the pans.
