It is a beautiful, useless little tray. I rechecked the item info again once it arrived and can't figure out how it isn't stated. This "condiment bar" has no bottom. It has 4 sides and a lid, but no bottom. I bought this to store garnishes during service, but I can't fill it with ice, so it's useless. I'm not sure about other states, but all garnishes must be kept cold/iced when not refrigerated
