We use this 3/8" blade to hand cut our french fries. It is easy to put onto our machine and remove for cleaning. After many uses some of the blades do begin to slightly bend but in general it is a good product.

this is a must to have if you cut fries They switch out very easy and are really inexpensive I gave 3 stars because they do break but I don't think they are better or worse than the more expensive cutters and blades
We are quite pleased with the options to change blades on the Choice French fry Cutter. The 3/8" Blade Assembly is a nice addition to have on hand when the old blade needs to be replaced.
The 3/8 inch fry cutter frame is a perfect fit for most of the imported fry cutter out there. Great price, so if it wears out or breaks, a replacement doesn't cost an arm and leg.
