Do not recommend these bus tubs. After having them for several months the inside layer started to peel off. We are not sure why is happened they are hand washed .

Ordered two of these and they both arrived broken. There was no packaging in the box to help secure, but the box was marked fragile. Not the 1st item to be shipped like this. Discouraging.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Good luck with customer service. They’ll tell you “Oh I’m sorry they don’t carry a warranty” How about stand by the stuff you sell? It’s not about the money and i can’t tell you the last time i left a review. Horrible product

worst bus tubs ever. three were broken when they arrived. Webrestaruant sent us three new ones right away, however, three more now have huge holes, cracks, or the handles are completely broken. I've been in the food industry for over 25 years and I've never even seen a bus tub break! these are junk. we've dropped glass jars from the same three feet hight and they didn't break.

VERY STURDY UNLIKE OTHERS AT THIS PRICE POINT! Not flimsy and it would need A TON of weight to start cracking at the top edge handle. WILL BUY AGAIN! Great quality for the price!

Very very flimsy. Bus tubs should be designed to hold weight of plates and it was bending under the weight of 8 dinner plates

I found this website when I was looking for some household items. I ordered six bus tubs 20" x 15" x 7", and they've turned out to be incredibly useful for a variety of tasks around the house and in my small backyard (the attached photo). The tubs are sturdy and well-made, and the price is reasonable. I’ll definitely be ordering more when I need them.
These are a little flimsy and prone to cracking. Pay more for the extra for the thicker, higher quality brands.

I recently used the Choice 20" x 15" x 7" Black Polypropylene Bus Tub with Cover while managing kitchen cleanup after baking with the American Metalcraft HATP16 Pizza Pan, and it proved to be a highly efficient tool. Made from durable, BPA-free polypropylene for the tub and polyethylene for the lid, this bus tub is designed to handle heavy dinnerware, from plates to silverware, with ease.
Bus box is really good the depth is exactly what we need.
These tubs are working out great for mixing and proofing large batches of sourdough English muffins and sourdough bread. They’re sturdy, easy to clean and fit in my side by side refrigerator. They have so many more uses. I used some to transport my goods to a market and they stack well on top of each other for transport. Also, when not in uses they stack together nicely and saves space. Currently mixing 6 loaves of sourdough in one today.
