    We have been loving these 20 inch elbow length gloves in our shop. I own a micro bakery and many of our doughs have to be hand mixed in 20qt and up batches. These gloves help us ensure that there is no contact between us and the food while we're mixing in deeper bowls. They're also super sturdy for poly gloves so no holes when mixing thicker batters. We were rigging our regular poly gloves with plastic wrap to cover our arms so this is definitely making our lives easier.
